Pastors Donnie and Sabra Skidmore

Pastor Donnie Skidmore and his wife, Sabra Skidmore, co-pastor The Chapel Jonesboro. Since the church's founding in 2016, they have brought a wealth of experience from their combined 20-plus years in various church ministries. Their commitment is to cultivate an inviting environment for anyone seeking Jesus. Under their leadership and that of their dedicated staff, The Chapel Jonesboro serves as a welcoming space for the Holy Spirit to dwell, ensuring that all who enter feel His presence. Their mission is more than just a slogan—it’s a genuine effort to "Create A Culture Where You Belong."

Lee and Bailey played an essential role in the founding of The Chapel Jonesboro. Their vision and dedication helped establish various ministries, including C-Kidz, Chapel Youth, Connections, and more. They served as Executive Pastors from 2016 to 2023. In January 2025, they were honored to step into the role of Co-Lead Pastors, co-shepherding the congregation alongside Pastors Donnie and Sabra. With their leadership, the future of The Chapel Jonesboro looks promising and bright. 

Bruce and Alicia have been immersed in church life since childhood, beginning their ministry work as teenagers and always possessing a heart to serve. As key members of the team that planted The Chapel Jonesboro, they have contributed in numerous ways, from Outreach and Connections to Youth Pastoring. Since 2022, they have served as Youth Pastors. In January 2025, Bruce and Alicia began transitioning to the role of Administrative Pastors, where they will manage the church's day-to-day operations. With a commitment to leading the staff and collaborating with volunteers, they are dedicated to upholding the vision of "Creating a Culture Where You Belong."

Jackie and Bobby are among the most dedicated members of staff at The Chapel Jonesboro. Whenever there's an event, you can count on Jackie and Bobby to have played a significant role in its planning. As Events Pastors, they oversee the organization and hosting of our church gatherings. From Easter egg hunts and fall festivals to Christmas celebrations, you can always rely on them to make every event enjoyable and as memorable as possible at The Chapel.
